Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup of 1000 Springs Mill Purple Barley
  • 2.5 cups of water or stock, depending on your recipe
  • ½ tsp salt (optional)
  •  

    Instructions

     

  • Put the barley into your insta pot and add the water or stock and salt
  • Close the lid, making sure the valve is set to “sealing”
  • Set to Multigrain function for 23 minutes
  • When the time is up allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes then turn the valve to vent
  • Carefully open the lid and fluff with a fork (drain any excess liquid)
