Wholesale Inquiry
Wholesale Organic Grains, Beans, and Flour
Looking for a wholesale supplier who can tell you exactly where your product came from? 1000 Springs Mill supplies USDA Certified Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified grains, beans, and flours to retailers, distributors, food service operations, and food brands across the country.
Everything we sell is grown on third-generation family farms in Buhl, Idaho using organic and regenerative practices. That means when your customers ask where their food comes from, you have a real answer, not a supply chain that disappears three steps back.
What We Supply
Our wholesale catalog covers the full range of products we grow and mill, available in bulk formats built for commercial volume.
Beans. Pinto, black, red, and Great Northern beans in organic and non-GMO options.
Wheat and Grains. Hard red spring, hard red winter, and hard white winter wheat berries, plus barley, oats, brown rice, and heirloom corn varieties.
Flours. Whole grain wheat flours and gluten-free flour options, milled in-house.
Popcorn and Specialty. Organic popping corn and specialty heirloom varieties including our BarleyMax™ line.
Products are available in retail-ready packaging as well as 25-pound bags and 5-gallon buckets for higher-volume needs.
Who We Work With
We partner with a range of businesses, including natural grocers and independent retailers building out their bulk or organic sections, regional distributors serving health food and specialty markets, restaurants, bakeries, and food service operations sourcing quality staple ingredients, and food brands that need a dependable organic ingredient supply.
Whether you're placing a single large order or setting up a recurring supply arrangement, we can build something that fits.
Why Source From Us
Certifications you can market. USDA Certified Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified across our core product lines, with documentation to back it up.
Farm-direct sourcing. We grow it, we mill it, we pack it. Fewer hands in the chain means better consistency and a shorter path from field to your shelf.
Regenerative practices. Our farming approach focuses on soil health, minimal tillage, crop rotation, and eliminating synthetic pesticides. For retailers whose customers care about sustainability, that's a story worth telling.
Flexible volume. We work with businesses at different scales, from smaller regional accounts to ongoing high-volume supply relationships.
Getting Started
Fill out the form below with your product interests, approximate quantities, and expected order frequency. The more detail you can share about what you need and how often, the faster we can get you accurate pricing.
If you're looking for us to process or package your own product under your brand rather than purchase ours, our co-packing and private label services may be the better fit.
Notes for Colin:
- This page and the Co-Packing page are now clearly differentiated, with a cross-link at the close of each direction. Worth confirming the co-packing page has a matching link back to wholesale.
- Product list is drawn from the live collections. Worth a quick check with the client on whether all of these are actually available at wholesale volume, particularly the heirloom corn varieties and gluten-free flours.
- Watch the paste. Use Ctrl+Shift+V or the HTML view to avoid the editor markup issue from the co-packing page.
- If the client can share minimum order quantities, lead times, or existing retail partners they'd be comfortable naming, any of those would strengthen this page significantly in a future revision.
