Why Quinoa (KEEN-wah) flour?

To remove this, simply bake the amount of quinoa your recipe calls for. On a cookie tray, spread the quinoa flour and bake it for seven to 10 minutes between 350-375 degrees. Remove the tray from the oven and let cool. Once cooled, add the flour to the other ingredients!
