Insta Pot Barley

Ingredients
- 1 cup of 1000 Springs Mill Purple Barley
- 2.5 cups of water or stock, depending on your recipe
- ½ tsp salt (optional)
Instruction
- Put the barley into your insta pot and add the water or stock and salt
- Close the lid, making sure the valve is set to “sealing”
- Set to Multigrain function for 23 minutes
- When the time is up allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes then turn the valve to vent
- Carefully open the lid and fluff with a fork (drain any excess liquid)
