Guilt-Free Chocolate Oat Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups Oats
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1/2 cup 100% pure Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1 cup Coconut oil
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cups cacao nibs
Instruction
- Preheat over to 350
- 1 bowl mix in dry ingredients: oats, flour, baking soda, salt.
- 1 bowl mix in wet ingredients: coconut oil, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla.
- Combine it all in 1 bowl and throw in cacao nibs. Mix it!
- Roll into little balls and place 2” apart on parchment paper on a baking pan.
- Bake 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool down.
